Presenter 13 Tabs in Powerpoint Unresponsive

I need to work on a Powerpoint and clicked on the Articulate Tab. The tool line opens but all of the Articulate tabs are unresponsive. I clicked on the record narration tab and it's not doing anything so I clicked on the remaining tabs and they are unresponsive also. Add-ins are enabled. I have a nice updated computer. I found a support video on the Articulate website that said to repair MS Office, I did that also. Does anyone have any ideas? I even restarted my computer. I am running out of time to finish this and selfishly, this is my only day off for 2 weeks. I would like to kick this out!

Here is another support article that can be very helpful if you are having problems with the Articulate Ribbon.
Also, a repair of your Articulate software sometimes helps
Update is activated and Ribbon is still unresponsive. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and checked to be sure it was activated and enabled. Please advise.
