Storyline had this same issue when it came out....the logo background of an image in the player in Flash output supports custom colors...but in HTML5 outputs it's always white.
Our QA team is aware of an issue that the HTML5 output affects logo background. If you'd like us to also have you file for testing purposes your welcome to send your Presenter package along to us here.

What "logo" are we talking about? I read the articulate link, but it's still unclear what this refers to.
Is this the graphic that you can put up in the top left corner of the player above the presenter panel?

will be creating a white skinned player so the bug doesn't "show"

I spoke with them at Dev Learn last week and we promised them a demo to be featured on your website.
We're currently in QA trying to resolve all these bugs but a lot of them are just.....how Studio 13 is working out of the box.
We're definitely going to supply you guys with a list of bugs we found that we cannot fix.
