There isn't an option to edit those built-in to Presenter, and since we don't support editing the published output I can't say what would happen if you tried changing those.
What's the limit on your file names for the server? Also, is it the file name or the file path? If it's the latter, one idea is to alos look at where the published files are being saved as there is also a 260-character limit imposed by Microsoft Windows.
