Hello - I've just published a course in Presenter that is able to run on tablets and on my iPhone. However, I am not able to get it to run on an iPad. I've downloaded the Articulate Mobile Player, and based on everything I've read, there is supposed to be a tutorial on the AMP when you download it. However, the screen is blank except for "Library" and "Favorites" at the very top of the screen but you're not able to click on them. I've tried it on 4 different iPads at this point. What do I need to do to get the course to run on iPads?
This is the view when you log in and try to open the course. None of the buttons are working - you can't click on "Launch" or even the "Download on the App Store" button. The Player is completely missing. What am I doing wrong? TIA!!!
I'm so sorry to hear you've run into trouble accessing your course. Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9. As a result, your Articulate Studio '13 content may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player (AMP) as you'd expect.
The launch page for your content will open in Safari, but then you'll be prompted to install AMP as shown below—even if it's already installed.
To support the changes in iOS 9, we released Update 7 for Studio '13. See the following sections for details:
If that doesn't fix your issue, please feel free to let us know here or reach out to our Support team here and we'll continue to dive into what may be occurring.
