Presenter Content won't play in IE11

We use Adobe Connect to house our Articulate projects. It was recently brought to light that Articulate projects are not launching in Adobe Connect when the user is on Internet Explorer 11. We publish to AICC - Completed/Incomplete for tracking completions.

What can be done to solve this as quickly and easily as possible?

Hi Enrique! Studio '13 update.

Articulate Studio '09 Update 10 is available and it fixes an issue where content wouldn't track properly in an LMS when viewed in Internet Explorer 11. Download it here.

The Articulate Updater for Internet Explorer 10 and 11 scans existing Articulate Studio '09 content and updates the necessary files to correct a known issue where content viewed in Internet Explorer 10 or 11 wouldn't track properly in a learning management system (LMS).
