We use Adobe Connect to house our Articulate projects. It was recently brought to light that Articulate projects are not launching in Adobe Connect when the user is on Internet Explorer 11. We publish to AICC - Completed/Incomplete for tracking completions.
What can be done to solve this as quickly and easily as possible?
I did some further research – and I see this type of issue was corrected with Update 5 for Articulate Studio and Update 2 for Articulate Storyline. I tested it here – and we just need to republish some of our older CBTs with the newest version.
We are facing the same issue but only when the course is published with Articulate Studio 09. With Articulate Studio 13 they work fine. When you say that the issue was corrected with Update 5, on what version of Articulate is that?

Can you test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if the same issue occurs? This would help us determine if it's the course or the LMS.
