I've recorded about 15-20 minutes of voice-over, and when I try to open Audio Editor to record or export it crashes Presenter. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting, but can't resolve the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Welcome to Heroes! I am sorry to hear about the crashing issue you are experiencing. Please see about submitting a Support Case so that we can take a closer look. Make sure to create an Articulate Package and then upload your collected files(the Package) when first submitting the case.
