Presenter Does not let me move or re-sort animations to align with narration

Here's my work flow:

Set up a short course of 14 slides with some some custom animations on each slide in Powerpoint.

Created audio script and narrations for each slide.

Now, when I open the Articulate tab in Powerpoint, and go to edit the narration and animations to align, I cannot move one animation in front or behind another. I've tried cutting and pasting but that seems to only affect the slide.
