Presenter HTML5 output file is not playing in Google Chrome Version 44.0.2403.89

Hi,

My Articulate Presenter HTML5 output file is not playing in Google Chrome browser Version 44+. It just playing audio but content is not displaying in the slides. Please refer screen shot below:

However, the same HTML5 output is working fine in Google Chrome version 43 and below, Firefox and IE 10+. Please look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.

Hi Venkat! This is an issue that we became aware of yesterday and our team worked to correct. I invite you to check out this thread with all of the details to correct.

We have released updates to Storyline 1, Storyline 2, and Studio '13 to address this issue. Please see this post for more information or utilize the "check for updates" option in the software.

Hi Venkat,

The Articulate Updater for Chrome has been released and scans and updates your published courses so HTML5 output will work in Google Chrome 44 and later. (For new courses, install the latest update for your authoring app.)
