HTML5 Output Compatibility with Google Chrome 44 for Studio '13

Correct. If you're still in the trial period you will have to download the software again in order to pick up the update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dear Brian

We have over 300 published sessions with Articulate Presenter 13 and most of our users they are using Google Chrome to view our lectures.

Please provide us a solution to pass this issue since it is very big problem with all of our Articulate sessions.

I don't have a timeframe to offer but know our team has been continuing to test it and hope to have it sooner rather than later. Once we have it in hand, we'll post here as soon as possible so that folks can get it right away. Thanks for your patience. 

Hi Alta & Joe. The Articulate Updater for Chrome is now ready. It scans and updates your published courses so HTML5 output will work in Google Chrome 44 and later. (For new courses, install the latest update for your authoring app.) 

You can read the directions here on how to use the updater for Presenter, updater for Quizmaker, and updater for Engage.

OK. Downloaded the Update and ran it as Administrator. I receive the screen giving me the option to either Add/Remove Studio Programs, Reinstall, or Remove All. I tried using the first two options. They ran but did not update the apps (still says version 5 for both Presenter and Engage). So, which option should I use? Do I Remove All and then run the Studio-13.exe to put the newer version on? I have the licensed version of Articulate Suite 13.

Hi Dennis. If the other two options aren't working, it certainly can't hurt to select "Remove All" and then reinstall. Let us know if you encounter any further issues or confusion!

I did a complete remove and then re-installed from the Update 6 download.

However, when I look at the "About" screen for Presenter, QuizMaker or Engage, it is still only showing Update 5 (1412.920). Is that normal?
