I purchased Articulate a couple weeks ago and it was working fine. Tonight it stopped working. i read the posts to enable the Presenter ribbon. I logged in as admin and clicked the box and proceeded with the rest of the steps. I restarted PP. It still is not working.
i then uninstalled and reinstalled, but that has not helped either. I need to finish my module for a grad class so have a timeline. What else could be the problem?
I've experienced a similar problem before, and instead of just re-enabling the ribbon I actually delete it and then add it again, and that seems to solve the problem. The ribbon file is located here (so you know where to find it to add it again) C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\ribbon.dll
