We have tried to find this discussed elsewhere and can't, but apologies if it is a repeat. We inherited a Presenter (we think 13, but we have 360 so it is now upgraded)course. Learners must pass a quiz to be marked as complete. They have multiple attempts to do so. Other than using Passed/Incomplete, we are unclear what the appropriate publishing setting should be so that the LMS knows to accept the latest score in order to show someone as complete? As a side note, there are multiple quizzes within the course, but we only need tracking for the final one. Thanks.
What settings did you select for the LMS Tracking? Since you only want to track the final quiz, select Track using quiz result and select the final results slide.
With that set-up, Storyline will send the latest score to the LMS. Once the learner passes the final quiz, you should see Passed status in the LMS.
