I have just finished an 8-module course with interactions, slides, quizzes (not being reported to LMS)podcasts, and audio recording. The client has just asked how this can be turned out in a .mp4 format so that they will be able to use it on mobile devices. This was created in Articulate Presenter with Engage and Quizmaker. What are your ideas for how I can change the course into .mp4 and have it done without needing a lot of redoing? Any suggestions/assistance? Thanks!

Presenter cannot be published to MP4 format.
Check out this article on how to publish an Articulate Presenter '13 course for iPad or HTML5 deployment.
Articulate Replay (with Studio 13) publishes to MP4 format, so I'm sure you could use it to record your screen if necessary.
