We have a presentation in articulate presenter with a flash movie (MPEG-4 Movie) placed on the slide, however when I previe wthe slide the video works, however when I upload the video to our Moodle site its not there, can any give me some advise please?
I have published the packaged and zipped the file, so I don't know if I'm i missing a step
You should use FLV for your videos. I have never had luck with MP4 through any LMS as it requires additional MIME types installed into the LMS servers where as the FLV MIME type is included if i'm not mistaken to most.
