Problem with Resume feature

For one of my Studio 09 projects the Resume function behaves weirdly. If I resume the presentation I get this:

If I click yes i get the following dialog box:

If I click OK I get a blank presentation screen.

If I click no on the above screen it performs correctly and takes me back to the start.

Here are my template settings:

I'm running this on an LMS with SCORM 1.2

Any clues as to what is happening? Thanks Lou

Hi, Lou -- Thanks for reaching out, and may I ask if you are experiencing this behavior with other courses or just this one in particular? And as you mentioned this has been published for LMS, may I ask if you are finding the same if you test your course in the SCORM Cloud?

A number of courses. I'll give SCORM cloud a try.

Hi, Lou -- Thanks and definitely keep us posted! And, I was also able to locate the following information that will hopefully help remedy the behavior you are seeing: Resume issue in LMS.
