Problems installing Presenter 09 on my new computer

Articulate appears in my PowerPoint 07 ribbon, but does nothing when I click on any of the options. When I double click the Presenter shortcut on my desktop I get this message: "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application."

The install software is on our server and I'm not sure what might be missing, or what I need to do to correct this but I've reloaded the software numerous times. I'm running it on Windows 7 Professional.

Help, I have a project due, and I really don't want to have to fire up my old PC to complete it!
