I am encountering problems when I try to publish articulate content that was created by another user. When I publish the files, the quiz and engage interactions aren't published, but the powerpoint slides are -- it is blank where the Quiz or Engage file should be. It seems like Articulate can't find the Quiz or Engage Interaction to publish it. I'm not certain whether this is a file server issue or a configuration issue.
The working files and output are kept in a shared folder on the file server. We are both using the Articulate Pro Suite '09, but I am using Windows 7/Powerpoint 2010, while she is using XP/Office 2003 (we are in the midst of a long, messy upgrade).
Using this method will minimize issues. To correct links between your presentation and your quizzes / interactions, you can try this free tool that will automatically relink them for you:

You may have to reestablish the link to the Quizzes and Engage interactions.

When transferring files from one user to another, be sure to use the "Send to Articulate Presenter Package" feature:
