I have a project that has 5 Engage interactions mixed with some standard power point slides. When I publish with Presenter 13 I can't navigate to any of the Engage slides except the last 1. I even tried branching directly where i want to go, but if i click on any of the menu items that should be the engage slide it automatically takes me to the last engage
Think I may be hitting something similar. Have two folders interactions next to each other. Both were originally titled Client Infromation, but to troubleshoot I removed the interactions, renamed the files, opened them in Engage and modified the titles, and then reinserted them one at a time. However, still getting odd navigation and inability to even bring up the first interaction.
When I click Next from 3.1.1 it jumps down past first Client Information interaction and brings up the intro for the second. If you try to click on any of the slides in the first interaction from the menu, nothing happens.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one, but I think I figured out the problem.
All 5 of the Engage interactions I had were copies of each other, just with a different name. I did a Save As... 4 times to create my base interactions and edited each individually from there. Well I started to think that may be the issue so I recreated each of the 5 interactions from scratch and my navigation issues went away.
Not sure this was an issue with Studio 09, but 13 does not like it at all if you try to use renamed interactions in the same project.
I've been having the exact same issue! I did the same as you - opened one and then did a 'save as' to use it as base for the next one which just had a few tweaks and then published to Presenter. However when I published the final Presenter lesson which had a mixture of Engage and Presenter interactions it would only take me to the second of these two Engage interactions and would not let me look at the first. I tried as you suggeted and re-create them from scratch and found too that it solved the issue...though this is not ideal and I'd hope Articulate can resolve this issue as it lengthens the time required to make interactions.
Same thing I did...tried to save a little time on setup of the interaction by copying and changing names. However, it wrecked the navigation. Eventually recreated from scratch and it works now. Used to be able to do this sort of copying of interactions, so think we may have stumbled on an bug issue.

I've emailed Articulate directly to see if they can look into it.
