Problems with presenter video on Ipad

Hi!,

We have published a course with Articulate present 13 Update 2.

This course has several videos on the presenter panel and we have publish with the option to include HTML5 so it can be viewed from mobile devices.

When viewed on an Ipad, the presenter videos do not run properly, get stucked.
We don´t know if it's because of the quality options that we have published or if there is another reason.
