I was having a similar problem yesterday but with Quizmaker. It seemed to solve it when I did the good old "turn it off and turn it on again" solution.
Is this happening with every Engage interaction you insert into Presenter? You'll want to make sure that you're working with local project files, as working on a network or USB drive can cause erratic behavior. If you're working with local project files, and this is happening each time I'd also suggest conducting a repair of the Studio 13 software.

i fixed this problem by change the time format in my pc from IslamicCalendar to Gregorian calendar

It would have been sent from Support@articulate.com and you may want to check your junk/spam folder for the email.
