I have published a project to WEB with Studio 13 in powerpoint with articulate and sent via email, but it will not play for the person I have sent it to....works on the computer i made it in..
Did you follow the instructions here for publishing to web? This would include uploading to a web server of some type. You would need to do that prior to sharing.
Thanks...didn't realize I had to upload to a server first....makes sense
That's probably why it works on the computer I made on when I open it locally, but not when I send it via email then try to open
After I upload how do I send the presentation.html link...where will it be loacated? as below directions
Now that you've published, it's time to move your web-ready presentation to your website or server, give it a test run, and send learners a link to the presentation.html file so they can view it.
Hi Allen! I'm not sure that I can answer that for you. If you are unsure on how to upload and access content on your servers, I would advise contacting your system administrator.
You can also check out this article if you do not have a hosting solution and you can try one of the free options listed here.
