Publisher output is incomplete

I am using Presenter 09

Publish consistently bypasses the groups of slides in my powerpoint.  One of my presentations works fine, but several others have skips.

I have followed the advice for Windows 7

1. Close PowerPoint and all Articulate programs.
2. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run.
3. Copy and paste the following line of text into the Run dialog box, and click the OK button:
   
   %temp%
4. In the window that appears, delete the Articulate folder.
5. Republish your presentation.

I have also tried it with a publish pass that is way smaller than 260 characters.

C:\Users\cynthia.atwood\Documents\ArtProj

Nothing is working.  Any other work arounds out there?

I would really appreciate some advice.
