Publishing articulate presenter files

Hi,
I´m kind of dealing with a new problem I havn´t experienced before.
I have so many problems when I try to publish my articulate presenter files in power point.
The problem appears first and foremost on the first slide.
The published file have another heading, than what is written in the original file.
It´s like that the published file "remembers" previous power point shows and names the original file with another heading.
This is sometimes also a problem in other slides of the slideshow, where the published files kind of "remembers" previous powerpoint shows content.
Just to let you know, it´s not the uploading proces that´s the problem. I have already checked this.
Can someone relate to this problem?
Thanks,
Maria

Hi, Maria -- Thanks for reaching out here, and if I am understanding correctly, the following may help: Old Version of Content Is Displayed After Updating Published Files. Please check out the suggestions offered and let us know if issues persist!
Hi Christie,
I have tried to clear my browser data several times but that wont solve the problem.
Also, the problem is not related to our LMS provider it simply appears before the upload when the file is being published.
Approximately a month ago the articulate program on my computer asked me to do a software update - and it´s like the problem is related to this without me being certain.
Thanks,
Maria
Hi, Maria -- Thanks for your reply and for checking out the article provided. Perhaps you may want to try importing the file into a new file to see if you find improvement, and it may be helpful to take a look at the troubleshooting steps listed here also.
If issues persist, I may need to take a closer look at your file, so if privacy is a concern and you'd prefer not to share here, you would be welcome to use this form.
