Recently we burned a published file to a CD and the quiz files won't work. Got a message when burning to the CD that "exceeded the maximum depth of levels" on the CD."
I'm guessing that things are buried too deeply to link. Can I move the files around or do something to fix this?
We have tried "publishing to web" and "publishing to CD" both.
Do you have a custom structure setup for your files? Are you putting multiple presentations on a single CD? If not, then the issue might have something to do with the actual CD burning program that you're using. Have you tried a different program to see if you can replicate the issue?
Just submit the case to us. Then, you'll receive an email on how to send us the source files of the project. That'll enable us to publish the file on our end & then attempt to replicate the issue.

When you say custom setups, do you mean for the publishing? We only putting one presentation on the CD.
The final version has a custom interface.
