Question on Embedded Links and Error Messages Jun 30, 2011 By Bruce Graham Hi, In an interaction I had a link that pointed to \\xxx\yyy\zzz\aaa\xx which was an incorrect link. The client played it, and when the error came back, the Windows error message diaplayed the path as: //xxx/yyy/zzz/aaa/xx - i.e. the dashes were reversed from the link I had been provided with. Why is this? Yours untechnologically... Bruce

Bruce Graham Author almost 13 years ago06/30/11 at 8:44 am (UTC) Thanks Brian. The original error was actually a missing "underscore" in the path - it seems that it was only the error where the reversals were made. All works OK now, but certainly a quirk that people need to watch out for. Thanks Bruce
