Quiz stopping with loading animation

Hi All,
We have developed a course which has a quiz developed using QuizMaker 09. When we publish the course at our end, it works fine. The same source files have been delivered to the client, it worked fine during the preview; however, when the client publishes it (Scorm 1.2), they see a loading animation after the second question and it does not proceed. The versions of PowerPoint and Articulate are the same at both the ends.

Course publishing environment:
· QuizMaker 09
· Articulate 09
· Presenter 09
· Powerpoint 2007
· Operating System is Windows XP
Please let us know how we can resolve it.

Please have a look at sub-heading #3 from this article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues:

It will ask you to test your content using SCORM Cloud, which will in turn help you determine whether the issue you're experiencing is a result of the content or a problem with the LMS.
Do you get the same results if the client runs your published version?
How about if they publish just to Web, then run through the LMS?

Thank you for your response.
However, it may not be possible for us to upload the client’s content on the SCORM Cloud. We have tested the same content on the SCORM test suite and on the internal LMS and it is working fine.
Could it be a problem with the Quiz Maker version as we are using Quiz maker version 3.3 and the client is using version 3.1?
