hey guys, I am creating self-study content for my business. I have used articulate to create power point presentations with embedded quizzes twice with success. I was ready to create a new program, I opened power point to start and when I am ready to work on the quiz the quizmaker button won't launch, won't open, nothing.... does anyone know what's going on? I am very frustrated at this point as I have a lot of work to do. If anyone can give me some feedback I would appreciate it greatly! Thanks so much in advance!
Thanks for reaching out to us here, sorry for all the frustration! Are you able to use anything in the Presenter ribbon or is it just the Quizmaker button that isn't working? If you're having trouble with the entire Presenter ribbon, I would recommend following the steps in this article to get it working again. If you're only having difficulty with the Quizmaker button, you may need to do a repair on your software to fix erratic behavior.
