Receiving an Error when Previewing & Publishing Presentations

Hi Brittany!

Are you only having issue with this one project, or multiple projects?

When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

Let me know, because I may need to take a look at your files if this doesn't assist you

Hi Brittany!

It appears that the material on slide 6 is causing the issue. 

Notice how you can preview slides 1-5, and slides 7-end, but you cannot even preview 6 as a standalone.

I would advise that you delete/re-build this slide.

I created a course in Studio9. The upgrade to 13 was successful but i could not open the converted files. I have tried reinstalling, reinserting all engage interactions and still can't preview or publish. I would send someone the package but not sure how to create one. can someone help?

Are you working locally? Perhaps a repair will assist the issue that you are encountering.
