Months ago my Articulate software was upgraded to 13 from 09. At that time my MS PowerPoint remained at 09. I tried to work in my ongoing project development with no success. I stopped. Recently, my MS was upgraded to 13. Today I went in to one of my unfinished projects to work on it, thinking all should be well as all upgrades are completed. But, no. Nothing is working. I can't preview my PP slides using Articulate. Is there a process I need to go through to reengage in my project? Thank you.

My first suggestion is to conduct a repair of your software to see if you can get it working again.
