A professor couldn't do is presentation this morning because the « Record narration » button do nothing. We clicked this button once, the wheel showed up few second and then nothing happened. We clicked again, same thing : Nothing.
The process « articulate » showed up in the Windows process monitor, it took 6 Mo of RAM but....
It looks like you have some rogue Articulate.Presenter processes that are still running. Thus, the restart will fix that. Then, following the steps in the link above will help you re-enable the add-in.
I could reproduce de problem with another environnement. Now it on a laptop rinning on Windows 8 64bits and with Office 32bits. Waht happen is the ribbon does'nt respond. No button are working. So I can't do anything related to Articulate Preseneter.
Need a big help before the classes starts next week...

Can you post a screenshot that shows both of the PowerPoint windows that you see? We need to see the exact title text on both of the windows.

For this particular machine, you need to restart the machine and then do the following:
