Resume not working in IE

When running my Articulate Presenter course in Moodle LMS, I cannot get the course to "resume from where you left off".  The problem seems unique to using Explorer 10.

Oddly, when I publish to course for the web, the "resume" works fine in IE 10. The issue only seems to happen when viewing in IE 10 and with Moodle LMS.

Any ideas where to start looking for the problem?

Hi Steve,

Do you have the option for "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" selected as well as "Prompt to resume on presentation restart"You want to ignore the Flash cookie when content is in an LMS. That will ensure that the resume functionality is coming from the resume data that is communicated between the content and the LMS.

If you've checked those settings it may be an issue with the LMS returning suspend_data. Please take a look at the articles here and here, they may help clear up common LMS issues. 

If the issue continues, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
