I just went into Articulate to sync animations and received a popup stating "Run Time Error '48'; Error in downloading DLL. What does this mean, and how do I fix it. I did receive a message a couple of days ago that there was an update to Presenter and I downloaded it. Would that initiate the problem?
Thanks, based on the problems the other user had I just submitted this to Support. Very frustrating. This presentation and another that needs to be resynced are due on Wed.
Hi Leslie: I turned in a support request on Monday and I still haven't heard from anyone. I did try the reinstall twice and it's not working. Now I'm really beginning to panic. I was able to reschedule the presentations for Friday but at that I'm running out of time.

Hi Melanie!
I have seen one other user report this here.
You can obviously try the suggestions that were shared there, but we may just need to go ahead and get you to support.

Thanks for the update Melanie! I see where this has been submitted to support (00416072) and you should be hearing from someone soon.

Hi Melanie! Support responded on Monday as well, I will re-send the e-mail.
Hey everyone!
I just wanted to pop in with an update.
This thread was on our list for follow-up when Update 4 was released, and you can find all the details and download it here.
