SCORM 1.2 Pages Tracked not tracking

Hello,
I'm converting a bunch of SCORM content over to Articulate Studio 13 from a different tool. I'm encountering tracking issues where the content launches but will not complete set to pages taken, for this test I've got it set to 10 of 15.
I might add setting up to test via a quiz is working. But some of my content does not have a quiz. As far as I can see I have setup everything correctly:
SCORM 1.2, ID: 5r8CjKYpOpt_course_id, no special chars in the title.
Set to Completed/Incompleted - this same setting works with a quiz in Docebo LMS.
For the testing I've turned off bookmarking, so never resume.
I've tested this manifest in SCORM Cloud and completion is completing, manifest looks great. Can anyone offer any guidance as to what I'm missing please? Thanks - Mark

I figured it out from a older post by Ashley - I have to use Pass/Incomplete with pages taken to get it to track.
Hi Sarka,
If your LMS tracks completion and success status, like you see in SCORM Cloud, you'll want to report both statuses, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when publishing Storyline content. Completed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed report only the completion status.
The fix you shared, shouldn't have changed your resume behavior but should have allowed the course to be listed as completed as you saw in SCORM Cloud. If the Resume wasn't working as expected, I'd check into what you enabled as the Resume behavior in Storyline and whether or not you selected to let the LMS handle it.
