Seamless Engage/QuizMaker Transitions

Jan 03, 2014

Hi,

I'm new to Articulate and this community.   I watched the tutorial on seamless transitions from PP to Articulate Engage from '09, but cannot follow all these steps for '13.

I need to use company branded templates (logo/colors) for my courses, but don't know how to make that work in the new version.

Any assistance is appreciated!

Thanks,
Margo in Chicago

Hi there Margo and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

First, can you share the tutorial you viewed? That might help us get a better understanding of what you're trying to accomplish. If the same features are available in Studio '13, we can try and help with that.

From what you described, it sounds like you may be trying to/wanting to do this:

Replace the Articulate logo in the player

As for colors, you can modify your Presenter player, Engage and Quizmaker theme colors to just about any combination you'd like.

I'd definitely recommend keeping the following chart that Mike Taylor created handy:

Hi Margo,

You should be able to insert the background(s) into Engage and Quizmaker, if you have access to the images.

Or, you could use slide masters - I think this might be a good option for you, especially if you need to use your company's design throughout multiple slides. You could also save the interaction or quiz file as a template and reuse that for multiple projects.

Would something like that work for you?
