Hi Amy and welcome to E-learning Heroes!

In most cases, the overlapping audio is a result of a special character in either the file name or one of the objects on a slide. Here's an article on the issue:

To troubleshoot PowerPoint 2007 object names, it helps to open the Selection Pane to view all objects on each slide.

Thanks David!

The title has no special characters in it but we have all sorts of special characters in the text of our presentation because it is in norwegian.  I couldn't even begin to figure out which one is causing a problem.  We have published many presentations before that use special characters.  Can you lend any additional clues that could help me track down the culprit?

Thank You!
