Seeking assistance with Publishing

Hello,
One of our subsidiary offices needed an Engage presentation. When I published it and sent it to them to post, they ran into issues due to the multiple folders and files it created. They simply need a single link to post to their resource center. Any ideas on how I can better assist them with this request? The presentation was prepared in PowerPoint (40 slides) and each slide as it's own audio file. I published it in Engage and provided a custom skin.
Thank you,
Cindy

Can you publish to HTML, ZIP the player.html and two folders (date and player, with all appropriate sub-folders) into one ZIP file, have subsidiary offices unzip that file and access the player.html file? Or does your company have a central server that could host this and everyone could link to the same location?
I don't believe Presenter offers a single EXE file publishing option.
Thank you for your response Jim. Interesting idea - do you know which option to select in order to publish to HTML? Appreciate the response!
Sorry, I used the "wrong" terminology. Select WEB on the left side to publish to HTML. That provides the "simplest" published package; what we use for testing, etc.
Thanks Jim - that is the same setting we are currently using. I am going to try out some other mechanism which if it works - might mean it was user error... Appreciate the response! Have a nice day!
