Setting minimum slide time while using advance by user

Hello,
I'm new to Articulate and working on some training courses for use in our mfg plant.
I would like to set the courses for a minimum view time of 4-5 secs before allowing the viewer to advance to the next slide.
I have tried these settings in Presenter '13
Advance: By User
Navigation: Locked
Slide Time: 4 sec
When I use Preview to test this it will not advance to the next slide. I have not tried publishing it this way to see what will happen.
I spent a little time searching the forum but didn't find anything for Presenter that would allow me to do this.
Sorry if this was covered somewhere and I'm just not finding.
Thanks for any help,
Matt

Hi Matt!
To navigate away from a locked slide, you'll need to provide one or more hyperlinks that jump to other slides in the course, or set the Advance property to Automatically. You can check out this tutorial for more information.
Perhaps you are looking for Restricted navigation.
Thanks Leslie,
Using Restricted navigation is exactly what I was looking for!
Awesome - thanks for updating us Matt!
