Slide data appears before slide master/layout

This is now becoming a hangover from my previous flickering slide masters issue ... because in the revamped version we now have slide objects appearing before the background (layout), which really doesn't look good. This happens even on pretty fast connections.
Has anyone else encountered this?
And for the record, we have found absolutely no way to prevent against flickering. It doesn't matter how much or little we use SMs/layouts - the result turns out pretty similar each time (albeit different slides can respond differently). I thought SWFs would be virtually seamless at collating everything together and negating any lag - but something somewhere is not allowing this.

has this been resolved? I also have a module that will be going public soon and I thought the lag of the slide master had something to do with size/download/speed but the graphic is so simple that it shouldn't cause any lag. For the text to appear first is pretty is odd. I even placed in @onenterframe's preloader and included the slide bg swf to see if that helped and it didn't. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Does anyone know if a work around has been found for this issue?
I am having the same issue sporadically throughout a deck I am working on. White screen, then my background appears (from slide master) followed by the foreground of the scene. It is approximately a full second flicker before everything compiles on the screen and the scene plays properly.
It looks extremely unprofessional and I can’t release to my audience till I get this resolved.
