I have a 50-slide presentation. Eight slides have flash files (.flv) of a person talking. When previewing, the slides with the .flv clips play fine. But after publishing, the video and audio don't match up. The audio plays smoothly but the video doesn't keep up and is choppy. The .flv files were encoded and exported at a bitrate of 256kbps and a frame rate of 29.92fps from Adobe Premiere. The OS is Windows 7. How can I get the flash files to publish smoothly?
First, how are you viewing the published project? Are you viewing it locally or after it's been uploaded to a web server, or LMS, or published for CD? If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
