Slowness problem with Presenter '09 on Articulate Online

Hi,

I have a few online courses buit with Presenter '09. Those courses have been running for a few years and some haven't been modified for a while. They are all running very well.

Recently, a group of 10 to 14 peaple accessed a course on Articulate Online at the same time. The course is public. They all had issues with slowness while running the course, specially with quizmaker who were very long to load or even sometimes, did not load at all. This also happened with two other courses.

Some had to exit the course and re-open it tu fix the issue. It helped in some cases, but not always.

It seems to be a recent issue. They weren't having this problem before.

Do you know what can be the cause of this problem?
