Some slides are blank when publishing

Hi -
I'm building a course using Presenter 9. Our graphic designers built the slides in photoshop and imported the images to PPT. I have previously published a version of the course w/ success, but after making a few audio and slide note edits, I republished and 4 of the 64 slides in the presentation are showing up completely blank. The slides notes and audio are working, but the actual area that displays the slide is blank.
Any ideas on how to fix this? This is a fast turnaround project, so I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Hi, Jill. Welcome to Heroes!
We can start by ensuring that you have the latest version of Flash installed. An older, buggy version of Flash can cause some slides to go blank:

Let me know if that resolves the issue.
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your response. I installed the latest version of Flash, and now more slides are blank. Any other suggestions? I'm using PowerPoint 2010. Thank you!
Hi Jill,
Can you confirm for me the format of the images you imported into the slides in question?
And also, which version of Office are you running: 32- or 64-bit? Articulate is not supported by the latter.
Thanks!
If you are reviewing from a remote site (e.g., test site or LMS), is it possible that Articulate is taking a while to access the content? Just a shot in the dark, as you indicated that it worked fine previously.
Peter - the images are JPEGS, converted from .psd files. Also, I just double-checked, and I am running in 32-bit mode.
Jim - I'm reviewing locally.
Thanks for your help!
Jill
Hey Jill,
Are there other items on the slides, besides the images, that also are not displaying? And are you using the same template throughout the course, or do the slides in question have their own unique templates?
If you'd like us to take a close look at your files, feel free to upload them here and submit a case for review:
