Spaces displayed in underlined bold text after publishing

Aug 09, 2011

Hi all,

In a slide I have 2 words that I need to link via hyperlink to another slide. I used the trick of inserting a no fill shape and on it linking the connection to the slide desidered. The problem encountered is the following:

my text simulates an hyperlink text (bold, underlined and same color of a real hyperlink) and after publishing the space is displayed and it is not very nice. I saw the help in

http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=987

but unfortunately it did not help.  As I use ppt 2010, does the solution proposed work even for this version?

Such problem does not appear if I insert a real hyperlink (to an html page or to a pdf file), only if the hyperlink connects to another slide.

Thanks.

Silvia

Hi Silvia,

Did you try the character spacing solution in that link?  The process for PowerPoint 2010 is the same as the one for PowerPoint 2007.

If you continue to have issues, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
