I am having trouble with my presentations and how they are being viewed for 2013. When employees viewed their annual training content in 2012, many of them ended the presentation at the last quiz slide (the one that shows the quiz results and score). When they enter it this year, the program asks "Do you want to start where you left off?" - They say yes, and then wait for 10 minutes so they can claim they completed 2013 training, without ever having to look at the slides. The Articulate Online system records a score for them that covers 2013, and they are done for the year. How can i fix this?
It sounds like you have the "Resume" feature enabled for the course - since they're logging in using the same information as they logged in with during 2012, it's recognizing that they've already been in the course and giving them the option to resume where they left off. You'll have to disable this feature and then republish it to AO.
