You may need to republish your files. There was an issue viewing existing files published to web and accessed locally after a recent Chrome update. The Storyline team updated Storyline to apply a fix. Ensure you have latest updates and republish your files and hopefully that should solve it.
Files often don't play when viewing them on a local drive because of the browser security restrictions. Is there anyway you can upload your file to a website to validate that it will play when in an online environment?

Yeah I have tried that also but the files still not playing in my browser..
Anyway thanks....
How are you publishing Subramanya? Try publishing using html5 only or html5 with flash as a backup.
Hi Subramanya,
I also noticed in your image that the file is on your D drive? Is that a shared/network drive? We always recommend editing, publishing, saving files locally as working off a shared drive is known to cause some odd issues.
Yeah I'm publishing as html5 with flash back up bt it's not working
No the file is in my local drive only bt it's not playing
Even I tried in another system but it's showing the same
