I am doing a course where I would like a video to run as I am narrating in the slide. I have the playback triggers set to start automatically but when I run the sequence from the PPT Animation Pane, it doesn't run.
When I do a slideshow view it does show it running, but not if I view it on the "Articulate Tab" and preview it. It also does not play if I publish it to Articulate review. Any advice on how to get this to work?
Again, the issue is a video that does not play when reviewing with Articulate.
Playback settings are set to start "Automatically"
Video only appears to run in PPT SlideShow view.
Does not run when viewing in the Animation Pane or if Published or being tested/previewed from the Articulate tab.
Did you add the video from the Presenter ribbon or using the built in Powerpoint video options? You'll need to use the Articulate Presenter option to add in video and other media to allow it to interact with the Presenter options such as syncing and publishing.
If you're still running into trouble, it would help to take a look at the video you added or even the entire Presenter package if you're able and willing to share here. If you'd prefer to share privately, you can also send to our Support Team by starting a case. Either way, we'll delete the files from our machines when done troubleshooting.
