Survey and SCORM Cloud

I created a Presenter module for a client who is using SCORM Cloud as an LMS. The module includes a survey, but my clients have been unable to retrieve the survey results. Here are the settings we used to publish the module:
SCORM 2004, 3rd edition
LMS reporting--completed/incomplete
Tracking-- minimum number of slides viewed to complete -- 203 of 204 slides
My clients have successfully used a survey in a Lectora Publisher module, and have indicated that the Articulate module "is not tracking the interactions (evaluation question results)".
Does anyone have experience with SCORM Cloud and any settings that we could change to allow us to get the survey results?
Many thanks--
Bob

Looks like we found a solution.
We recreated the survey as a quiz with no points per item and with zero as a passing score, then republished the module. Using this as our survey, the interactions are being captured.
Hope this may help others who run into a similar situation.

Thanks for the update, Bob
This is stumping me too.
I created a survey with an essay question, to get feedback from learner.
In SCORM Cloud, the info is saved in suspend_data, not as interaction.
I also have a Likert scale survey question.
Those types (essays and Likert) are not one of the page types for Quizzing > Graded.
So how do I retrieve that information?
Even though it's part of suspend_data, and SCORM cloud has an api to get that, I don't know how to parse it from suspend_data.
Thanks
Norm
My workaround was to use Google Forms to create a survey, then link to the form with a button in the course. The advantage is that Google Forms saves the responses to a spreadsheet (in cloud), and provides a graphical summary. It's a free service too.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing, Norm.
hello..i also have this same problem with a course i just built using storyline. i intend to track feedback from our new employees using the responses from our survey. However i am at a loss on how to go about this task...help required on the following:
1. spooling out our employee feedback accurately
2. carrying out this activity without having to go through a 3rd party i.e. google
Hey Charles!
In Storyline, result slides allow you to easily communicate to your users about how they performed on any combination of quiz questions you've included in your course. You can report on all questions or, if you prefer, just a subset of questions.
Storyline also allows you to use multiple result slides in the same course (although only one result slide can be tracked in Articulate Online or another LMS). You can even combine scores from multiple result slides to create a final result slide with a consolidated score.
Here's how to add result slides in Storyline. Hope it's helpful
