OK...I used Flash CS5 to create a looping swf logo. I added it to my Articulate presentation, but it is not showing up. Any thoughts? Is there a certain way I should create this in Flash? Thanks guys.
Hi Brock - The logo panel accepts Flash movies so you might want to verify your movie was published to AS2 and that it doesn't contain any reference to the _root or _level0.
The logo is saved as the "logopanel.swf" file in your player folder of the published output. So, if you replace that file with your new one, you should be good to go. You may need to clear your cache to see the changes, though.
I did a logo swap using the logopanel.swf file from a different presentation. The only problem was, the new logo didn't maintain its dimensions....it is there, but it is tiny? How do I make sure the new logo in the logo swap fills the panel? Thanks.
Oh, I’m sure it would because I’ve published with that logo plenty of times and it works fine…I just have a ton of programs I want to do this logo swap on, and really want to avoid republishing. Does it make a difference if I pull the logo that I want to use from an already published file, vs pulling it from the original .swf?

Here's a good article to bookmark: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=76
If you still have issues with your movie, please feel free to post to the forums and we'll take a look at it.
Action Script 2.0 was the setting I didn't have selected...works like a charm now! Thanks!
Next question, can I now insert this .swf logo in place of the .jpg logo in a Published presentation doing a file swap without having to republish?

Hi Brock,
Does republishing the file with the correct logo resolve the issue?

Hi Brock,
Is the new file a different size? If so, you'll need to edit the playerproperties.xml file & change the width and height.
