I used the steps to resize my PowerPoint Presenter project from 4:3 to 16:9, however when I publish or preview the course, the spacing between the text (Calibri) characters is reduced, such that there is no spacing between the letters in the words. Though the writing looks perfectly fine when in editable mode, how can I resolve this issue, please advice? (I resized the project in the beginning itself.)
Hey Alka - Thank you for sharing the file and allowing me to take a look. I'm not seeing a difference in the Project vs Preview vs Published modes. Do you see an issue with my published output here?
Hi Leslie, thanks for checking this out. I do not see the issue in your published output, however it is visible when I publish or preview the project, any thoughts on why this would be the case?
Since I am unable to replicate in your same file, seems that it may be your system. Please be sure to check out this documentation for some assistance in getting that corrected and do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here if needed.
I will check out the documentation. One thing maybe I should mention as an FYI - though I had Articulate 360 for some time now, I had installed 'Studio' 360 right before developing this project. The previous version that I had was Studio 13.
Well, that is interesting Alka - you must have developed the course in 360 then and it would not be reverse compatible. I assumed you were utilizing 360 as that is what I was allowed to open/publish the product with.
You are correct, I did utilize 360 for this project. What I mean to say is that I had Studio 13, and was working with that even though I had purchased 360 I had not installed Studio 360 up until now right before I started developing this new project.
