Is it possible to customize the font family of the title of the course on the left top corner, and the font family of the buttons like Outline, Search, Bookmark, etc on the player window?

The Font types associated with the Presenter player cannot be changed. This is to help reduce overhead when embedding fonts into a published project. If you'd like to have the ability to change them in the future, please feel free to drop us a feature request.
As far as your logo question, to fit in the logo panel, your image should be 244 pixels wide or less, and 92 DPI.
The height of your logo is only limited by the size of your player, so you'll have some flexibility. Of course the player itself maxes out at 540, so you'll want to take that into consideration, especially if you're using a side navigation panel.
Man, not being able to change the font size on the player should be updated asap. Not necessarily having every font available, but the size of font should be either change on it's own, or allow the size to be editable. Unless my player is a small size, my text is way too small for a professional video (especially the resources text and files I've added).

Depending on the features you choose, the player adds up to 260 pixels to the width and up to 118 pixels to the height, which you'll want to keep in mind in regards to how your users will view the content. I'd also recommend changing your presentation size before you add any content. Otherwise, you may need to resize or rearrange objects in your presentation to accommodate its new size.
If you haven't tried out Studio '13 just yet, it is available for free with the 30 day free trial. You can always try it out and see if you like the way the logo panel and player works in the new version.

Is logo panel size in Articulate 2013 the same as 2009? I saw the new player template is slightly different....
