Trouble Using Studio in Power Point

Hello!

I am having trouble using Studio 360 in my Power Point. I saved the file in my PC, but when inserting characters, an error message keeps coming up saying, "online presentations aren't supported. Save a copy to your local drive to continue." I tried restarting my laptop and saving it on my desktop, but it didn't work either. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

That error is typically related to synced OneDrive folders or similar services such as DropBox.

If that's your situation, can you try disabling the syncing or saving the project to a folder that does not back up to OneDrive/Dropbox?
