Can you give us a little more information about what's happening and your environment? I'm currently running on a Windows 8 machine, so maybe I can help out with this.
What content are you viewing? How are you viewing the content? Do you receive any errors?
What I’ve been told is after clicking on the link for the MCIS Checklist (the other two are Camtasia videos) they see a brief flash and then nothing. She has problems with the Camtasia videos as well as the Articulate video. Perhaps she needs to download something onto her computer that is required for viewing videos. She just bought the computer a few weeks ago. If it isn’t an issue with Articulate, then I can suggest she check something else.
A little confused.. are those courses on an intranet by any chance? None of the links under "What's New" work for me.
Also, it looks like the placeholder images are missing. Just want to check with you to see if maybe this is being hosted internally. If so, I won't be able to test it from that link.
No, they are on the internet accessible to the public. The images show up here both in Firefox and IE. I'll touch base with our webmaster to make sure everything is okay on our end.
Do you have a direct link to the presentation, then, instead of the initial page? I've checked in both Chrome and Firefox and I'm not able to get them to load. Then again, maybe I'm looking at the wrong place.
It appears we had a broken link. It worked on my machine (probably due to caching) so I wasn't aware the links were broken until I had a couple of other people try. Works great on Windows 8. Thanks for your help.
