Trouble viewing courses in Windows 8

Our Articulate players don't show up when viewed on a Windows 8 environment. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

What I’ve been told is after clicking on the link for the MCIS Checklist (the other two are Camtasia videos) they see a brief flash and then nothing. She has problems with the Camtasia videos as well as the Articulate video. Perhaps she needs to download something onto her computer that is required for viewing videos. She just bought the computer a few weeks ago. If it isn’t an issue with Articulate, then I can suggest she check something else.
